Job Description

Now hiring FULL-TIME Machine Operators (not temporary work) in the Barberton/Norton area for all three shifts.

Double-time overtime, paid holidays, and vacation!

1st shift: 7am – 3pm, Base up to $15.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $28 per hour with incentives included.

2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm, Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included.

3rd shift: 11pm – 7am, Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included.

Weekly pay.

Job Duties:

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in wheel production and metal forming.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
  • Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications.
  • Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring tools.
