Job Responsibilities

  • Define manufacturing process and production flow

  • Set up production lay out

  • Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (work instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups…)

  • Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement

  • Suggest related investments

  • Drive manufacturing cost control and cost reduction programs

  • Act as the conduit for communicating and enforcing all company rules, policies and procedures for personnel conduct, company property, ethics, compensation, safety
