**Job Description**
As a Machine Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift workforce and ensuring the completion of scheduled work safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and safety of the machine shop operations.
Compensation - $75,000 - $80,000
2nd shift - Monday -Friday from 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM

+ Work with Team Leaders to manage and direct the shift workforce.
+ Ensure completion of all scheduled work in a safe and productive manner.
+ Observe and share knowledge to maintain high-quality work standards.
+ Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Collaborate with Maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
+ Communicate equipment repair needs to the Maintenance Manager.
