Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales.
- Be knowledgeable in the products to conduct demo and answer inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and competitors in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies.
- Provide good customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is high.
- With experience in online sales and B2B
- Knowledge and experience in machineries, automotive, agriculture is an advantage.
- Computer literate, knows how to use MS Office.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools
