Job Description
ACTIVE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a competent Machining Technician to support precision machining operations in our manufacturing facility. The role involves operating CNC machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment (e.g., CNC Milling, CNC Turning)
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Perform tool setup, offset adjustments, and basic CNC program editing
- Monitor machining processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances
- Conduct in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometres, gauges)
