Role Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus


• Part of the Office Operations function, providing office support to clients, business functions, or individuals

Key Responsibilities

• Audit delivered items against delivery invoices


• Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections; check for contraband


• Ensure packages are delivered same day or notify consignee of next-day arrival
