The Reporting & Data Analyst designs and develops reporting & analyses to support Managed Services customers and coworkers. This role focuses on providing the best solutions through useful and accurate reporting and dashboards based on a thorough understanding of data, systems, and reporting tools.
What you will do:
• Report Generation: Create weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on management requirements for content, frequency, and formatting.
• Design standardized reporting formats for utilization within department, incorporating system data and other practice specific requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting utilizing reporting systems, based on manager and team needs.
• Interact with business stakeholders to help identify and develop new reports or updates to existing reports which will enable the business to take a deeper look at data and increase productivity.
