+ Follow all safety rules and practices, working safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to management immediately
+ Perform maintenance functions making repairs such as but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor.
