**Job title: Maintenance A2**
**Job Description:**
Overall cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing and replenishment of soap, paper products, etc.
**_Roles & Responsibilities:_**
+ Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, and restores dispensers with soap and paper products.
+ Removes trash, relines trash containers, and cleans receptacles if required.
+ Dusts mops and damp mops floors in patients rooms. Vacuums, damp mops and shampoos carpeted floors including corridors.
+ Stocks patient room with other items such as hospital literature, towels, admission kits and other related items. Stocks floor deliveries in the proper storage areas.
+ Empties needle boxes; Replaces soiled draperies; Cleans patient refrigerators; Cleans rooms upon patient discharge; Dusts high surfaces (above shoulder height).
