Job Description
SCOPE: The incumbent performs routine manual work, including operation of mechanical equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks. The incumbent works under general supervision, and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

- Scrub mops, waxes and polishes floors. Disposes of waste paper. Cleans lavatories and replenishes lavatory supplies.
- Assist more experienced Maintenance Workers in repairing and replacing window screens and doors.
- Sweep cleans and repairs sidewalks. Assists in keeping outside premises orderly. Cleans vacant units as part of make ready process.
