Wehave an exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance team at The Fife ArmsHotel, Braemar, as a Maintenance Assistant working closely with our PropertyManager and team.
As a Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible forensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. Areasinclude guest bedrooms, bathrooms, associated areas, as well as staffaccommodation.
As a MaintenanceAssistant, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out maintenance on all hotel fixturesand fittings to ensure that they are in safe condition and action is taken whenany unsafe situations arise. Carrying out maintenance tasks includingjoinery, plumbing, electrics, painting and decorating according to the dailytask list. Carrying out maintenance of the staffaccommodation internally and externally according to the daily task list.
