Responsibilities
- Carrying out a variety of general maintenance, handyperson, and grounds duties, including mowing and strimming grass, painting, fencing, landscaping, and completing minor repairs.
- Keeping the park’s outdoor areas tidy, safe, and attractive through tasks such as tree and hedge pruning, litter picking, jet washing, and pothole repairs.
- Effectively utilising the job management system to schedule, track, and complete owner jobs and fleet repairs promptly and to a high standard.
