Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for maintenance services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), MEP services, civil maintenance, and repair works.
- Identify and approach potential clients across villas, apartments, offices, retail shops, warehouses, restaurants, commercial buildings, and property management companies.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand maintenance requirements.
