Maintenance Carpenter - High-End Residential (City of London)
Experienced Maintenance Carpenter required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality carpentry and plumbing maintenance work.
Key Duties:
Plumbing, minor electrical and painting tasks
Carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, door installation & repairs
Flooring, maintenance, snagging, general handyman works
Working independently in client-facing environmentsRequirements:
Proven high-end residential experience
Multi-trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, maintenance)
Own tools + full UK driving licence
Reliable, professional and able to work aloneDetails:
£50,000 - £55,000
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
