Position Summary
The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Maintenance department in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two (2) years’ maintenance experienceProven knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsKnowledgeable of local building codes and ordinances Specific Job Requirements
