Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing our facilities. The role ensures that the facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Reporting This position reports directly to the Administrator. FLSA Status Exempt Essential Job Functions Ensure all interior fixtures (walls, handrails, call systems, light fixtures, furniture, etc.) are in good repair. Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation systems according to established procedures, manufacturer instructions, and applicable laws and regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures; coordinate licensed service firms under the Administrator's direction. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
