Maintenance Electrician
Birmingham
£18 – £25 per hour


Temporary contract for a maintenance electrician with a basic DBS, to work at a static site in Birmingham City Centre. This position is to start asap. Pay rate is £18 per hour PAYE or £25 per hour Umbrella.


Main Duties:

  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs.

  • General building services maintenance such as plumbing and filter changes. 

  • Minor installation and remedial tasks

  • Ensure that compliance documentation is completed and up to date at all times

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.

  • City and Guilds 2382 / 18th edition.
