People Is looking for Maintenance Engineer , who will be the guardian of our high-speed production lines. Will lead the technical upkeep of our facility, ensuring that our advanced Gravure and slitting machinery operates at peak efficiency to meet global demand. Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Lead the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of high-speed gravure printing and slitting machines . Operational Excellence: Implement Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to reduce downtime, eliminate waste, and optimize machine performance. Technical Troubleshooting: Oversee complex repairs in PLC systems, electrical circuits, and mechatronic components to ensure seamless production. Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track maintenance KPIs, manage spare parts inventory, and provide actionable insights for life-cycle management.
