**Job Description:**
The Maintenance Worker III – General is a position in the Facilities Management department. The position focuses on general maintenance and the caregiver may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus.
The Maintenance Worker III – General is able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision. They thoroughly understand safe work practices in a healthcare setting and can lead individuals or teams in accomplishing complex and difficult tasks.
**Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 7am-330pm**

**Essential Functions**
+ Responsible to perform routine to complex maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors.
+ Responsible to perform complex maintenance tasks such as replacing plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, doors, and windows.
