+ **Grounds Crew / Porters** – $20/hr
**🔧 Apartment Maintenance Technician (Featured Role)**
**Pay:** $23–$30/hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + rotating on-call

+ HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
+ Complete work orders and service requests
+ Handle unit turns to prep for new residents
+ Maintain property grounds and support team operations
+ Work alongside leasing and management teams in a fast-paced, new-build environment
