POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the operating site in Pengerang Malaysia operation. Receives, plans and schedules major maintenance activities (including predictive/preventive, corrective maintenance and modification projects) to optimize utilization of all resources and facilitate safe, smooth and cost-effective execution within budget and schedule. Act as turnaround planner/coordinator for all turnarounds. This position also is responsible for managing site maintenance supervisors and technicians in organizing, planning and implementing all maintenance activities for all Pengerang MY facilities to ensure the plant reliability is at the optimum level. Also the incumbent in this position is jointly responsible to ensure that the highest safety standard is maintained during work execution.
