We are recruiting for a manufacturing client based in Sheffield. The company is expanding its engineering team.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Fitter.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Repair of manufacturing machinery across the production setting.
- Installation / Project work.
- Basic welding and fabrication.
- Planned preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with production to identify machinery faults and rectify quickly.
- Identify machine reliability issues.
- Adhere to site health and safety procedure.
The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00‑4:30pm, 08:00‑12:00 on a Friday and offers a very generous holiday entitlement.
