Estimator
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Estimator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is supporting a busy team through a high-volume tender period.
About the Role
Working within a team, you’ll prepare accurate, commercially sound quotes across maintenance and minor works projects.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates for maintenance, variations, and minor works
- Reviewing scopes, drawings, and specifications
- Analysing labour, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Supporting tender submissions
- Managing multiple quotes across tight deadlines
You’ll be stepping into a high-volume environment, helping keep tenders moving and supporting the wider team to meet critical deadlines.
