Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Conduct routine inspections of the center’s facilities to ensure they are in good condition.Perform minor repairs, including sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and centre maintenance tasks.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, tasks performed, and completed work.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.Assist the Supervisor during major repair or renovation projects.Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Experience in performing maintenance/handyman duties.Required to purchase maintenance parts as and when requiredPhysical work required
