Maintenance & Facilities Manager – Luxury Game Lodge (Limpopo)
Salary R20 000 – R24 000 per month (Live-in position)
To manage the entire maintenance and facilities function of a luxury lodge, ensuring that all buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds operate efficiently and meet high hospitality standards. The role directly supports guest satisfaction, safety, and operational continuity.
Responsible for:
-Managing all lodge maintenance, including buildings, guest areas, staff accommodation, and systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water, pumps, and irrigation.
-Supervising the maintenance team and contractors, allocating tasks, managing rosters, and ensuring safety compliance.
-Overseeing procurement, maintenance stores, supplier coordination, and budget control.
