Job Description
A leading manufacturing company seeks a skilled Maintenance Fitter to perform mechanical inspections, preventative maintenance, and breakdown repairs across critical production equipment. This role is vital in reducing unplanned downtime, ensuring operational reliability, and maintaining production flow.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4)
- Recognised Trade Test: Fitter or Fitter & Turner (NQF 5)
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance in a high-paced manufacturing environment
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis capability
- Basic MS Office & ERP systems literacy
