Job Description
The Maintenance Foreman Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems within a Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) manufacturing environment. This role supports production operations by maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and pollution control systems, including Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs).
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, preventive maintenance expertise, and experience working in industrial manufacturing facilities.
