Responsibilities Responsible as a working foreman for the effective operation of the Maintenance Division. Duties involve all assigned renovation, tenant improvement, and light construction projects; maintenance and repair of all MCCS activities; coordination of civilian contractors; project estimates and bids; event planning; and customer service.
