**Pay Rate** :
($30.15)
**Sign-on Bonus** :
$1,000 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
**Retention Bonus** :
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years
