Responsible for: Revenue Generation & Cost: Plan & Assist Plant Layout Maintain & Service for Plant, Assets & Capacity utilization Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all machines & utilities Maintain & Calibrate the equipment as per set standard Record, Analyze & Report machine downtime Control & Monitor the Repair & Maintenance cost budget Follow-up Plant, Asset & Capacity utilization Identify & Act on Bottlenecks & Implement solutions Record, Analyze & Report cost optimization/control (wastage & capacity utilization) Plan & Record Spares People: Maintain Employee Relations Plan Learning & Skill development for the team Plan & Execute People Planning Comply with Occupational Health & Safety SOPs Quality: Maintain machines as per preventive maintenance schedule and OEM conditions Reputation with Authorities: Maintain & Certification of equipment by any certification agency Monitor safety & utility systems System & Processes: Guide & Implement Technical advice for machines/equipmen...
