Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA).
- Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical.
- Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives.
- Manage training records and certification documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation.
- Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation.
- Act as an SME during internal audits.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66, 145, 147.
- Proven experience in technical training delivery (Part‑147, Part‑145).
- Experience as practical assessor / competence evaluator.
- Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation.
