Job Description
One of Canada's leading manufacturers of protein products is seeking a Maintenance Lead Hand for their facility in Toronto, ON. The Maintenance Lead Hand will play a crucial role in the plants production and operations division, ensuring that all mechanical equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipment and systems within the plant.
- Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and perform necessary repairs.
- Execute preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment as per work order requests, equipment stoppages, or breakdowns.
- Assign tasks to employees, provide adequate training, and ensure all tasks are completed to specifications.
- Adhere to and utilize company policies/procedures and HACCP regulations.
