Maintenance Manager - Belfast - Salary Up to £60000 (DoE)

Our client is a household name across NI and the UK and the Belfast site forms part of a larger group of sites throughout the rest of the UK.
Your New Role
You will support the Engineering Manager to lead the on-site engineering team, manage workloads and drive performance. You will oversee daily breakdowns, mentor staff and collaborate with production and the quality team to hit targets.
Whilst working your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure optimum plant and equipment efficiency while minimising downtime • Responsible for the people agenda includingmunication, performance management, training and development • Optimise maintenance management procedures and PPM schedules to improve site performance • Develop cost reduction initiatives and undertake small capital projects as required • Conduct root cause analysis...
