Our client is looking for a maintenance manager to join their team.
Maintenance Strategy & Reliability Own and execute the maintenance master plan across preventive (PM), predictive (PdM/condition based), and corrective maintenance. Implement Reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone) to address top losses. Define critical equipment list and spares strategy. Establish and mature Total Productive Maintenance with Operations (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Equipment Management). Asset & CMMS Management Deploy and govern Computerized Maintenance Management (e.g., MaintainX): asset register, BOMs, PM routines, work order management, backlog control, and history. Maintain accurate asset master data, OEM manuals, drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics. Use data to improve MTBF/MTTR and optimize maintenance intervals and spare parts consumption.
