**Fleet Maintenance Manager - 1st Shift**
Lead a high‑performing maintenance team and keep our fleet running safely, reliably, and efficiently. As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee all fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, diesel repair, shop operations, and facility upkeep. You’ll drive safety, quality, productivity, and team development while ensuring our buses stay road‑ready and exceed customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Fleet Operations Oversight** — Prioritize repairs, PM schedules, and service demands to keep buses safe, clean, and on time.
+ **Maintenance & Repair Management** — Coordinate inspections, diagnostics, bodywork, cleaning, and all mechanical/electrical repairs.
+ **Team Leadership** — Train, mentor, coach, and develop technicians; reward strong performance.
