Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager – Gamma Irradiation Plant will lead maintenance operations for BENEBION’s gamma irradiation facility in Matehuala. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant infrastructure, conveyor systems, industrial equipment, automation systems, utilities, and facility support systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and organizational capabilities with hands-on industrial maintenance experience and leadership skills. The position works closely with operations, engineering, radiation safety personnel, external contractors, and executive leadership.
