Maintenance Manager
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Data/ report analysis from (preventative and breakdown system)
- Ensuring a quality PMS platform in terms of data and system integrity.
- Plan necessary equipment and facility cleaning with hygiene/technical department.
- Planning and scheduling of resources
- Tactics and strategy on Asset Care
- Assisting with Capex projects
- Upkeep of Site buildings
- Day to day breakdown maintenance assistance.
- Ensure that services (Air/Water/Electricity/Effluent plant) are always available for site.
