Maintenance and Facility Manager
Business and Office Park in Pretoria East is looking for a Maintenance and Facility Manager .
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas in need of maintenance and repair.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for buildings, landscaping, and common areas.
- Arrange for and supervise maintenance and repair work, including but not limited to building repairs, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical fencing, security booms, staff ablution facilities, and lighting maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of all equipment and tools used on the property.
- Monitor that all maintenance and repairs are done in compliance with relevant regulations and building codes.
