Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in the sectional title/estate management industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, building systems, and equipment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in budget management and vendor negotiation. Duties:
