We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager! This role has primary responsibility for Preventative Maintenance Program, upgrades to equipment, and the installation and startup of new equipment. The Maintenance Manager also has responsibility for management of the facility. To meet this objective, the incumbent leads the maintenance staff and manages the process in a manner necessary to meet or exceed safety, food safety, delivery, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement standards. The facility runs 24/5 with rotational schedules for the workforce and supervisors. Although the normal hours for this position will be days, the incumbent will need to be available by phone or in person for off-shift emergencies.
