Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our New World Foods team (part of Kepak Group) in York. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will be responsible for managing a small team of skilled engineers and manage the maintenance function of the site.
This role will work cross functionally across the business and will support on a range of engineering and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful implementation of the Kepak Maintenance System, ensuring it aligns with best practice standards and supports seamless 24/7 coverage management.
- Provide inspiring leadership and foster the growth of the Maintenance team in close collaboration with the Site Manager and HR.
