The Job You Will Perform:
1. Maintenance Master Leaders perform a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facilities in optimum operating condition. The MML always puts safety first, for him, his crew and others. The MML must have good communicating skills to communicate with his crew, the other maintenance shifts, operations, and management.
