The Maintenance Mechanic installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment, systems, and utilities in a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and equipment upgrades to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, systems, and utilities to ensure reliable operation.
+ Complete maintenance work orders from task sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment such as flow wrappers, mixers, conveyors, chillers, and coolers.
+ Repair packaging and bulk manufacturing equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
+ Document all completed work, findings, and parts used in the computer system for accurate maintenance records.
