Summary Primary Purpose: Independently performs maintenance used at the journeyman level of several occupations. The job performs a combination of maintenance, repair, modification, equipment operation and equipment inspection/certification involving diverse skills. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: HVAC Equipment: Incumbent's work involves installing, recognizing the causes of faulty equipment, and making repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. utilizes different types of HVAC systems to condition air within a variety of structures such as large office buildings, electronic data processing centers, secure enclaves with sensitive equipment, training rooms, and warehouses. Electrical: Incumbent installs, modifies, repairs, maintains, and diagnoses trouble and makes repairs that can be accomplished by removing, replacing, tightening, splicing, soldering and insulating defective wiring, controls, equipment and fixtures such as broken and bare wiring, burned out switche...
