Howard Finley Care is recruiting for a new Maintenance Operative to work within our client’s nursing home based Southsea .
Maintenance Operative Vacancy Details:
- £32,500 to 36,000
- 40 hours per week available
- Sunday to Thursday working days
- Monday to Saturday on call duties
- Day shifts available
Maintenance Operative Main Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs throughout the nursing home to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
- Carry out scheduled inspections and assessments of equipment, fixtures, and the building’s overall condition.
- Address urgent repair requests promptly, including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks.
