Location: Covering Derby and surrounding areas - DE21 6AR
Salary: £27,500 - £33,500 dependent on skills and experiences
Schedule: Full time role 37.5 hours per week, working between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday - van and tools provided.

As a Maintenance Operative in our AASC team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in making sure the properties we manage are safe, functional, and meet the service standards our communities depend on. Your work will have a direct and positive impact on people’s day‑to‑day living conditions. You’ll deliver essential maintenance across a designated portfolio, helping us create living environments that are safe, welcoming, and compliant.
