About our Home:
Lansdowne Care Home provides support for people living with a range of differing health needs, offering residential, nursing and dementia care on a long-term or short-term and respite basis.
Our home benefits from a bright and sunny landscaped garden, where residents can take the opportunity for exploring, relaxing and participating in gardening activities when the weather allows.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the building and equipment
- out routine checks weekly, monthly, and annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing
- Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
- Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
