**Job Summary:**
As the Maintenance Person, you perform general, routine maintenance and servicing operations through the hospital plant and area as directed.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.
2. Completes work orders and PMs in a timely manner.
3. Performs minor repairs on equipment and machinery and to buildings and facilities, including painting, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical power.
4. Performs maintenance, repair, or replacement of broken parts.
5. Maintains all required departmental records, reports, and files as required.
