Job Title: Maintenance Planner Scheduler
Reports to: MRO Buyer Planner Supervisor
SUMMARY: Kayem’s Maintenance Scheduler/Planner serves as the responsible function for all maintenance activities planning and scheduling of work (facilities and equipment) on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation to minimize downtime. Utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Determining when work will occur, setting milestones, and assigning resources. Will identify work requirements, develop detailed job plans, and determine the right parts, materials, tools, and technical skills needed to meet schedules. Tracks and ensures the efficient execution of maintenance tasks by our skilled hourly maintenance team members and reports on KPI’s.
