Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports.
- Support SOE budget planning, monthly expense tracking, and reconciliation with finance teams.
- Request and negotiate RFQs from vendors for maintenance services, spare parts, and equipment.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, monitor service quality, and maintain vendor performance records.
- Verify vendor deliveries, maintenance completion, and month-end DO/service documentation.
- Process PR, PO, RFA approvals, and payment requests through the Ariba system.
